Authorization Assistance Information

To initiate an authorization, we will need:

  • Signed orders
  • Diagnosis with ICD-10 Code
  • Insurance policy information
  • Clinical notes and diagnoses

We also accept electronically signed radiology orders generated by EHR/EMR software.

PACS

To streamline patient care, Pleasanton Diagnostic Imaging offers referring providers access to our downloadable McKesson picture archiving and communication system (PACS). This downloadable portal contains images and reports for all radiology studies completed at both Pleasanton Diagnostic Imaging and San Ramon Regional Medical Center.
