Treatment Phases
Phase I - Hospital Recovery
Phase II - Early Outpatient Recovery
8 to 12 week program, three times a week, starting
several weeks after hospitalization
Phase III - Maintenance
Comprehensive approach with increased autonomy
and independence
Insurance Coverage
Most medical insurances, including Medicare, cover
Phase II.
Participants generally pay for Phase III.
