My Health Rec is a secure way to view, download and transmit your up-to-date health information. You can use this patient portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any web-enabled device and from anywhere Internet access is available. 

With My Health Rec, you can: 

  • View your lab results online privately
  • Access your health records  — immunizations, prescribed medications, hospital discharge instructions and more
  • Share downloadable health records with your other doctors
  • Pay your healthcare bills electronically
  • Stay in touch with your care team at San Ramon Regional Medical Center 

How to get started 

You can enroll in My Health Rec at the time of your admission or at your next in-patient visit. For security purposes, registration requires a visit to San Ramon Regional in person. You just need to provide a valid email address and an acceptable form of identification. Examples include a:

  • Driver’s license
  • State-issued identification card
  • U.S. military identification
  • San Ramon Regional identification card
  • Social Security card
  • Passport
  • Birth certificate
  • Marriage license
  • Divorce decree
  • Adoption certificate 

Soon afterward, you will receive an email that includes a link to set up your login and password. If you do not receive it, check your email account’s spam or junk mail folders before calling My Health Rec’s support line at (888) 252-8149. 

You can also enroll a child in My Health Rec and have access to his or her health information. However, patients who are 18 years old or have joined the military can restrict parent or guardian access to that information. In addition, parents can give their adult children access to their accounts with a single login credential.
