The Tenet Heroes program celebrates those individuals who make a meaningful impact within their communities that goes above and beyond their daily responsibilities. Nominated by leadership and/or fellow colleagues, Tenet Heroes exemplify the company’s core values and commitment to its mission.

Each year, a select few are inducted into the Tenet Heroes’ Hall of Fame, the Company’s most prestigious honor for employees. This year, 23 individuals or teams were named to the Hall of Fame, including the team of individuals listed above.

Adolph, Alison, Anna, Belle, Karen, Mindy and Sarah were recognized as Tenet Heroes and Hall of Fame winners for their incredible lifesaving efforts and teamwork to save a patient’s life who experienced a major aortic dissection. Their fast actions and excellent clinical care saved this patient. Their hard work and dedication, not only shown during this situation but every day, is invaluable to our hospital and our patients.

“These individuals are a true inspiration and their actions make a positive and meaningful impact in our community each day,” said Ann Lucena, CEO of San Ramon Regional Medical Center. “We are proud of each one of them, and deeply appreciate their dedication, selfless nature and continued commitment to providing quality, compassionate care to our patients.”
