SPI Communication
All performance measures are documented and re-evaluated periodically, and may be shared with the athlete and the athlete’s sports-specific coaching staff at every level of competition—recreational, high school, college or professional.
SPI Sessions
Athletes can participate in one-hour SPI sessions two or three times a week. Individual and team packages are available.
SPI Injury Prevention
Safety is an important component at SPI. The sports performance conditioning techniques are approved by our sports medicine physicians to help reduce the risk of knee or other sports related injuries.
SPI is committed to helping an injured athlete recover and return to their sport as soon as possible.
