Dedicated, effective volunteers are an integral part of our team at San Ramon Regional Medical Center. In return for your four-hour weekly volunteer commitment, you receive training, support, complimentary meal, and the satisfaction of knowing you make a difference.
Current Volunteer Positions
Volunteers provide a great variety of services in many different areas. Our needs are ever changing as our volunteer population consists of a good number of high school and college students, who may be here for only one year. Some areas which are in constant flux are: Emergency Department, Medical Surgical and Telemetry. If you are interested in the Gift Shop, we can always use extra help there too.
San Ramon Regional Medical Center is very pleased to have the assistance of our Junior (student) Volunteers. Students are eligible to volunteer after completing the first semester of high school. The Career Counselors at the four San Ramon Unified School District high schools select the volunteers in the spring at the end of the school year. We recommend that students contact their school's Career Center Counselor in the Career Center.
