At San Ramon Regional Medical Center, the administrative team, employees, physicians and volunteers are committed to quality care and patient satisfaction. We continually strive to improve the care and service we provide to our patients, families and visitors. As your advocate, we can help in crisis situations, intervene to solve problems you encounter during your stay, provide information, and direct you to hospital and community resources.

First Person to Contact
The first person to contact when you have a concern or compliment is the nurse assigned to your care. In addition, a shift manager or charge nurse can be reached through staff.

Service Excellence Coordinator
The Service Excellence Coordinator works with hospital administration to help you reach the appropriate person to discuss a concern, complaint, compliment, or request for additional assistance. She is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 925.275.8224. After 5 p.m. or on weekends, emergency concerns should be directed to the nursing supervisor who can be reached through the hospital operator.

Further Resolution
The public may contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited health care organization by either calling 1.800.994.6610 or emailing complaint@jcaho.org.
