Spine Care: New Approaches to Common Problems

A free community seminar

If you have back pain, you’re not alone. Up to 90 percent of all Americans will experience back pain sometime in their lives. Come to a free educational seminar to learn about advanced surgical treatments for severe back injuries and conditions. Our neurosurgeon will discuss minimally invasive techniques for treating disc disease, osteoporosis, and spinal stenosis. He also will describe artificial disc replacements and bone morphogenic protein (BMP), as well as new monitoring techniques for protecting patients during surgery. Our physical therapist will demonstrate how to protect your back and some simple exercises.

Ronnie Mimran, M.D., Neurosurgeon
Dina Olson, Physical Therapist and Director, Therapy Services
